Psychologist Panel User Guide
Essential steps to manage client workflows from the dashboard. More detail will be added in upcoming releases.
Dashboard overview
The psychologist panel brings client lists, upcoming sessions, AI summaries, and finance views into one screen.
- The home view shows active clients, weekly sessions, and clients pending briefing.
- Use the left menu to open clients, appointments, tasks, notes, and finance modules.
- Each client profile lists timeline, check-ins, and AI insights together.

Adding a new client takes a few simple steps.
- 1Go to Clients from the left menu.

How to create an appointment
Appointments are scheduled by the psychologist from the panel.
- 1Open Appointments or create one from the client profile.
- 2Select date, time, and session type.

How to use AI session briefing
Pilantos generates a short pre-session preparation summary.

- 2Click Request manual briefing or open the auto-generated pre-session summary.
- 3The summary includes recent check-ins, mood trends, task compliance, and focus points.

How to add session notes
Manage private and shared notes from the client profile.
- 1Open the Notes tab on the client profile.
- 2Choose note type: private psychologist note, client-visible note, or admin note.
- 3Write and save; notes appear chronologically on the timeline.
